Closed Hydraulic Lifting Unit HE60 – Detailed Information
The high-strength double-cylinder lifting unit is specifically designed for demanding pulling operations, offering maximum stability and precise power transmission. The convex-shaped base ensures optimal load distribution, while compatibility with a rod catcher (optionally available) prevents the probing rod string from lowering.
The passage is 90 mm and the stroke is 150 mm. The powerful design achieves lifting forces of up to 78, 90, 112, and 140 kN at operating pressures of 140, 160, 200, and 250 bar, providing ample reserves for challenging applications.
Included in the scope of delivery are three-meter hydraulic hoses with matching couplings, ensuring quick and safe commissioning. Despite its robust construction, the unit remains portable and flexible in use with compact dimensions of approx. 40.5 x 31.0 x 24.0 cm and an operating weight of around 26 kg.
