Dynamic probing rods are essential components for dynamic probing in geotechnical site investigations. During this ground investigation method, a probe is driven into the soil using a defined amount of impact energy. Selecting the appropriate probing rods is therefore particularly important.

Our probing rods are manufactured from high-quality, thick-walled steel tubing or solid steel using precision machinery. This ensures precise alignment between the rod body and its connecting threads, as well as perfectly perpendicular end faces. The result is a range of lightweight, robust dynamic probing rods that distribute the load evenly across the threaded connecting pins. This increases the service life of the rods while reducing replacement costs and conserving resources.

Both ends of each rod feature wrench flats for attaching an assembly wrench. Each rod is also supplied with a threaded connecting pin. Measuring grooves at 100 mm intervals allow accurate recording of penetration depth during dynamic probing.
